NFT Marketplace

This is a Web3 React app which allows you to mint NFTs from a selection of available, ongoing mints. It also shows what’s upcoming & what’s currently available. This was never connected to a database, which was it’s biggest downside; every ongoing mint was hardcoded. I would have to copy code files in order to create a new mint.

Technology

I used some Web3 libraries to connect to Polygon & Ethereum. Other than that, it’s React, with Recoil for state management, and a simple deploy script.

The project is another Gatsby project. I no longer use Gatsby. As mentioned elsewhere, Gatsby is a top-notch product for creating highly optimized websites & apps, but NextJS is still the better choice.

The clean design was created by myself in a late-night, manic coding episode wherein I focused heavily on spacing & typography. That’s usually the two things which make or break projects. The beautiful imagery was created by one of my teammates.
